Order Processing & Shipping All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Returns & Refunds: All Sales Are Final To maintain the exclusivity and pristine quality of our luxury streetwear collections, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason—including sizing issues or buyer's remorse. Please review all product photos, sizing charts, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Quality is our highest priority. In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item due to a brand error, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
